The company
J Andrade Concrete Finishing Ltd. places and finishes concrete flatwork across southern Vancouver Island. The company was founded in confirm and works as a trade subcontractor to general contractors, alongside direct work for builders, developers and homeowners.
The work is concentrated where the crew and the equipment give a real advantage: large floor slabs. Commercial slab on grade, tilt-up casting beds, and industrial warehouse floors placed with our own laser screed. Residential driveways and slabs run alongside that work.
Everything is Island-based — the crew, the equipment, and the ready-mix relationships. A Victoria general contractor gets a sub who is thirty minutes away, not a ferry ride and a hotel bill away.
