Slab on grade, tilt-up casting slabs, sidewalks, curb and loading aprons for general contractors across Greater Victoria and up-Island.
Built for the schedule
On a commercial building the concrete floor sits on the critical path. Steel does not go up and the envelope does not close until the slab is placed, cured and cut. We size the crew to the pour so the placement closes in one shift instead of dragging across a week of half-days.
We work as a trade subcontractor to general contractors, and we are set up to be handled the way a GC expects: a real schedule commitment, a named foreman on site, our own equipment, and paperwork that comes back the day it is asked for.
Scope We Carry
Slab on grade
Grade check, vapour barrier, reinforcing placement, pour, finish, saw-cut joint layout and curing.
Tilt-up casting slabs
Casting beds sequenced with panel erection, bond breaker coordination, floor slab infill after erection.
Sidewalks and curb
Municipal-spec walk, curb and gutter, letdowns and transitions.
Loading aprons and hardstand
Heavier sections at dock faces and truck routes, jointed to handle the loading.
Housekeeping pads
Mechanical and electrical bases formed and placed to the equipment drawings.
Repairs and infill
Saw-cut and replace, patching, and slab infill after service trenching.
